In today's world, the ability of a spouse or partner to pursue their career or ambitions is often a key part of any relocation decision. 

In addition to all the resources listed under Careers and Employment, the North Country Chamber of Commerce has created the Partner Employment Network to assist the spouses and partners of incoming recruits.

It consists of a network of human resource managers in the area, who agree to accept resumes from individuals and help them connect with the best contacts.
